- dairy free
- gluten free and wheat free
- vegan (with a vegan option for some recipes ) & vegetarian
- oat free (if you do use oats make sure they are gluten free)
- refined sugar free (sweetened with honey or maple syrup)
- low in sweet fruits like bananas and apples (also low in cooling fruits according to TCM principles of classification of food according to its energetic effect more info here )
- yeast free (with some exceptions) & free from tomatoes
- low in eggs (I don't like paleo recipes that require a lot of eggs)
