All the recipes are
  • dairy free
  • gluten free and wheat free
  • vegan (with a vegan option for some recipes )    &       vegetarian
  • oat free (if you do use oats make sure they are gluten free)
  • refined sugar free (sweetened with honey or maple syrup)
  • low in sweet fruits like bananas and apples (also low in cooling fruits according to TCM principles of  classification of  food according to its energetic effect more info  here   )
  • yeast free (with some exceptions) &    free from tomatoes
  • low in eggs (I don't like paleo recipes that require a lot of eggs)
